After you have purchased any product from Tecknoxo.com within 5 days of receipt and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return the product* to us and we will gladly refund to you 100% of its purchase price.** Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds on shipping charges - We may have to charge a restocking fee which is dependent on the condition of the product once received by Tecknoxo.com.
